Interview process was kicked off by a recruiter. A phone call screening lead to an interview with hiring manager. Very thorough conversation with sharp questions in order to find the right person for the job. Had multiple 1:1 interviews with various people in the organization from a variety of disciplines before presenting portfolio to a panel after which there were more 1:1 interviews with panelists.
Overall the process was very thorough but with great guidance and coaching from both recruiter and hiring manager.
