The interview process for the junior trainee programme consists of multiple steps: a general interview, written test, technical interview, and a last step "closing" interview.
The technical interview consists of a few coding-based tasks which needs to be done on screenshare. Written test covers OOP principles and general programming and CS knowledge.

Fibbonacci algorhytm in pseudo code, various sorting algorhytms in pseudo code.
The process was very slow compared to the others I was participating in, with several days of waiting to even know if we're moving on to the next stage. (There was 3 of them.) A week after the last round they called me to say they will want to give me an offer and asked for my patience for some days. That's the last time I heard from them. Very unprofessional.

Mostly theoretical questions around Java, transactions, databases etc. A Java method to analyze and improve.
It took a long time. They have a lot of applicants, but still it was a slow process. Apart from that, the interviews were very kind, it was a good professional talk with them.
