Interviewed in person with 3 people was asked about design process, how I test things, why I want to do Human Factors, and my background in research (coursework and professional)
Mostly focused on how passionate I am about research and whether or not I'd be ok with doing menial tasks to support research
First it was a recruiter screening call. Then it was followed by a manager call. Afterwards it was an onsite panel interview. Questions were about your experience and why the company.
