SotaTek JSC interview questions

I would like to share some constructive feedback regarding my recent interview experience with your organization. I truly appreciate the opportunity to interview and to interact with the panel. During the interview, while most of the panel members were calm and professional, I felt that one of the panelists appeared quite impatient and spoke in a raised tone throughout the discussion. This made the interaction feel less comfortable and limited the opportunity for a meaningful exchange. In my understanding, an interview is not only an evaluation of the candidate but also an interaction that helps the candidate understand the organization, project, and work culture. Usually, at the end of the interview, when candidates are asked if they have any questions, it helps them gain clarity about the role and team. However, due to the nature of the interaction, I was unable to clearly understand the project and overall work environment. I am sharing this feedback purely from a candidate’s perspective and with the intention of being constructive. I respect the efforts of the interview panel and hope this feedback will be helpful for future interview processes.
