Uncoordinated interview process with long gaps between communication and having trouble with feedback and responses from their HR.
I met them for 3 rounds and felt like they were just gathering information from me and not interviewing me for an actual role.
It worked out since I heard that they already axed all their support functions a few weeks later so I withdrew my candidacy and took another role.

They asked about specific topics related to how we deal with errors and turning around a situation which is alright but I found it odd that this was such a high focus and there was very little about their firm and culture.
It became evident that the firm is undergoing major changes for the worse and they need a serious makeover which was concerning.
