The hiring process has been truly outstanding, with excellent communication from the hiring team throughout. This company is a fantastic place to work in the cloud consulting industry. The steps involved included having my resume shortlisted, followed by a conversation with the recruiter, and then a prescreening interview.
The first screen lasted 30 minutes by recruiter who was polite, asked some common interview questions like the reason for changing jobs, the reason for choosing our company, etc. I were be told not suitable for this position after 2 weeks follow ups.

Interview
Overall process was straightforward, tough but fair. For the main technical round, had to explain my past experiences and share the architectural design, tools used and decisions made. Interviewers also asked many follow-up questions.
