Interview
The panel was friendly and made an effort to create a comfortable atmosphere. We talked through some real-life scenarios and how I’d approach them, which made it feel more like a conversation than a test. They seemed genuinely interested in my experience and how I’d fit into the team.

Describe a time you went above and beyond in your role.
I don't think my skills fit the job description, so I was not a good fit for the role. I'm not sure why I was shortlisted.
