I applied online. I interviewed at South Florida Tech Group (Fort Lauderdale, FL) in Jan 2017
Interview
Initially I applied on Indeed, but I did not hear back. I called in a few times and they said that there was not an open position. And then I received an email that invited me to apply on their website. Then I got an email that said my application was approved and invited me to watch a 30 minute video. The video was the CEO going over information about the company and the position and it gave 3 code words. I then emailed those code words and they set me up an interview. After the interview they asked me to reach back out. I didn't. I thought they were going to call me. After a few days, I emailed in and they said they had been waiting on me and sent me out to go shadow one of the longer term team members. After shadowing 6 appts I told them I wanted this job badly, and felt it was a strong fit. They then trained me and put me in the field. I go to about 10 calls a week now 7 weeks in. Some guys are busier than others.
