I applied online. I interviewed at Southern Poverty Law Center
Interview
Very structured and straightforward questions were asked. Quick response from HR to set up the interview and very pleasant interactions with interviewers. The interview itself was only thirty minutes so it went by very quickly.
I applied through other source. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Southern Poverty Law Center (Jackson, MS) in Apr 2024
Interview
The interview process was remote and roughly 30 minutes. There were 2 stages of the interview process. First, you were screened and next you have an initial interview with HR. If you do well enough, you will proceed to the second round of interviews with the state director and supporting staff. Overall, everyone was friendly.

I applied online. I interviewed at Southern Poverty Law Center (Montgomery, AL) in Nov 2018
Interview
They do not tell you what position you are interviewing for until the interview! Otherwise it was a typical Skype interview. There was no follow up. They have an application on their website but don’t tell you they start with OCIs.
