The first phase is the technical part with some code and real-time development. Sometimes it will be a written test on coding. The last phase is HR which talks about salary and other benefits.

Online - Multiple times - Collect information from other organization by interviewing people without intension of recruitment. No response from interviewer. No feedback. One kind of harassment. Properly answered and shared knowledge with the team. But no rejection mail or response. Just waste of time.
