Southwest Solutions interview questions

The interview process consisted of a phone interview and a Zoom call. The recruiter asked basic behavioral questions, and there was no case study. The first round phone call seemed more like a get-to-know-you call. The Zoom had the hiring manager and recruiter and asked more behavioral questions.

Three rounds and three people, online and in person, including technical, personal, and logical reasoning skills, 5 questions minimum, 30 minutes, conducted in three days in different time and different mode on phone, live video and personal meeting.
