Hey there! I am so sorry that you had a negative experience interviewing here. There were some internal circumstances surrounding this role that were unique. We hired an internal candidate who raised their hand into an originally opened role (yay for career development!), and then, as you mentioned, we decided to hold off on hiring a second role until later in the year. The timing with the internal candidate interviewing and then the internal discussions that surround holding on a role are all time consuming and are likely what led to this being uniquely drawn out. But I do want to be clear that two months of proactive reach out that not responded to is unacceptable. Candidate experience is super important to us, but we do fall short sometimes.
