Recruiter reached out to discuss the role further, and e-mailed a personality survey + 15 minute evaluation with questions similar to the SAT. Afterward, recruiter reached out again and we had a small phone interview. They then asked if I could go on a computer/laptop to take another, similar 15 minute evaluation, but this time be in a conference call with them to deter cheating or anything of that sort (was unexpected).
Finally got to go in person and interviewed with 3 separate managers, 1/2 hour each.. Each was kind and asked standard interview questions and also described the role and the company very thoroughly, but it did get somewhat repetitive. Seemed more like culture-fit interviews but did take some time. Was offered the job that afternoon and was sent background check forms (run through a 3rd party) and was registered for a drug screen almost immediately. Was offered multiple start dates as well for training purposes.
