Spacesaver interview questions

The interview was friendly and they just talked about what spacesaver does, what my experiences were so far, and looked at my goals and intentions. I had an employee referral, so my process may have been a little shorter than most, but they seemed to look heavily at weather my personality type would fit the team. They did ask about my skill set and were interested to hear my motivation for learning the business and the job.

There were two phone interviews and one face to face. The face to face interviewer was not very experienced at interviewing but I thought it went well. The interview was basically an hour long conversation which went great. I got an e-mail yesterday telling me that they were moving ahead with more qualified candidates....I have a masters degree in Business Management and seven years of experience...disappointing.
