Interview
I first had a short call with HR to introduce the company and the role, as well as answer some general questions about my CV. It was followed by a Coding Challenge, a technical interview and a manager interview

Question 1
The technical interview was very much focussed on process knowledge and problem solving, not so much on detailled knowledge in a specific programming language. The other interviews focussed a lot on cultural fit.
