I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Spanx (Atlanta, GA) in Mar 2013
Interview
the interview was first a background screen. second a skills based interview. Must give examples of work and back it up with results. Met with several upper management directors, which are NO longer at the company. Many of the employees that I met with have been laid off or left on their own. Many of the departments have completely turned over twice in the past few short years.
Original core Employees with longer years of employment (from beginning) attempt to run off new hires. "this is the way we have always done it" , "we were responsible for growing the company", "we do not work like other companies", " we have a high turnover" , " there is no growth here" , "we are paid less then other companies" , "you are Lucky to work here", "not many people fit in"

Question 1
what was your most difficult boss and how did you overcome it.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Spanx (Atlanta, GA) in Jan 2019
Interview
The interview process was a gradual progression starting from interest in the role, background and experience, compensation expectation, open for relocation and the like with hiring team. The next step was a panel interview with 'the team' to be possibly working and the last set was individual behavioral interview from senior managers or directors.

Question 1
Most questions are situational. An example would be to identify a huge issue in the present job, what was the problem and how did you resolve it to deliver the accurate result.
I had a phone interview and several in-person interviews in Atlanta. It seemed as though they had made their mind up before I got down there and just wanted to interview one more person as a formality. I have an extensive foundations background and have worked in NYC design offices for 15 years.
I met with three senior management members and they all seemed fantastic and we had engaging conversation and what I thought were great and positive interviews. I left feeling like I would revive an offer only to find out that the head of design thought that although I was qualified I was not "enthusiastic enough". Wow. We had a very comfortable and good rapport. I asked him a lot of pointed questions about his design role which he seemed to like. I was shocked to hear such a personal criticism that was not the reality of what happened.
I was then told that they wanted to hire me for another position that was opening up at a later date. No thank you! Why would I join a company where one of the leaders already has issues? Serious waste of time and they have a tarnished reputation in my mind. Get over yourselves. It's shape wear not haute couture.
interviewed with several managers . went through typical behavior questions. they want to make sure you are a good fit. they did not mention anything about the culture of the company
