I applied through university. I interviewed at Spanx (New York, NY) in May 2017
Interview
I first had a phone interview then zoom interview. It was two interviewers on one. Asked a lot more technical than behavioral questions, and tried to use real career scenarios at the company
It began with an email outreach. Then there was a phone call with one of the recruiters, Then there was a Zoom where it was two interviewers, one who would have been my manager. Then another representative in HR,
Thanks so much for taking the time to write a review about your experience with an intern interview. We haven't had an intern program since 2019 (pre-Covid), and hope as you continue through your career you will continue to keep Spanx in mind! Best, Emily, Head of Talent
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Spanx (Atlanta, GA)
Interview
The process began with a phone interview. It was more informational then an "interview" but they still asked questions about you. Then the next step was an in-office interview. They show you around their beautiful office and then ask you more in-depth questions about yourself!
