They reviwed my application and my cv. Then they sent an IQ test. As the second step, they sent another test which is security related. I am sure that I passed the test because I have been in security for 9 years. After one week, they returned saying “your experience does not match our req” This made me believe that either HR or the relevant hiring manager does not know how to read a CV or this position is completely fake and they just post these jobs for pr. Otherwise, noone can explain that I am tested while they think my experience does not match. Not professional
As everyone has been saying. The process is a waste of time with zero human interaction. I think the best way to solve the "Reasoning Assesment" is by not doing it all. I don't think anyone with good reasoning would waste so much time on such unethical hiring process.
