Sparq Senior SQL Developer interview questions

A waste of time, I passed all the phases of the interviews, 1 technical interview, 1 code challenge with an score of 100%, 3 more interviews related with my previous experience, consulting experience, cultural fit, etc. And after all those interviews with very good feedback, the recruiter said: Oh, I know initially you asked X quantity, but are you comfortable with 15% less than your current salary? ¬¬ This company is very unprofessional, don't waste your time.
