    Interview

Had lots of help to prepare for the interview from Sparta Global themselves, which includes what the company looks out for in individuals. Very useful to have that as well as all the feedback I received from psychometric and coding tests.

    Application

I applied online. The process took a week. I interviewed at Sparta Global (London, England) in September 2020.

    Interview

The interview process started by them randomly calling me.
Then I had to do technical and psychometric tests.
Once passed I had an Interview.
    This happened fairly quick.
I thought the interview went good, They required to use the STAR technique, which I used.
The same day I had an email saying they will call me later on in the day to give "detailed" feedback.
I didn't even get a call or any feedback, just an email saying I have not passed the interview phase.
I even emailed back saying can I get some feedback but they gave no response.

I had higher expectation from this company where they could at least give some feedback.

Apart from that, it was a good experience. But I feel like their contract is not that good.
Their two year starts after the training once you get a client job.
I feel like there might be better opportunities.

    Good luck to all candidates.

    Interview

Basic team based exercises..the interview process lasted a whole day...in the end they could not be bothered to even reply back. It's a waste of time applying here. Look at fdm group or other companies

    Interview

Well I had a Java test, and then an interview or vice-versa. Test was fairly easy, and so was the interview. The part I didn’t like was the fact that you wouldn’t get paid for up to 6 months (3 months of training, 3 months of job placement IF you don’t get selected). If you take up another job before that, contract stated I have to pay 14-15k for training. Also read reviews that some people were left stranded, and were not placed in real jobs. Worst part is you only get paid 22-24k for 1 year, and pay would go up to 28k in second year. This seems ok for graduates living in parents house, but not so great for people trying to change their careers after being paid 50k in previous jobs.
