Interview
Intial screening phone call and then invited for a full day. Full day interview was VERY long. Started with a presentation of my research, followed by 8 group interviews that felt like being put through a firing squad. The questions themselves weren't difficult, but having to be "on" for an 8+ hour interview was very difficult. People were very friendly and intellectually interested in myself and my research, which made the day much better.

Interview
Met with several small groups during the day and discussed both technical and leadership experience. Also met with management one-on-one during a couple sessions. Also had to give a 30minute seminar to the entire company. There were deep technical questions on the topic I presented.
