Was a positive interview experience with multiple leaders across the organization across a few rounds. Responses were in star format and relevant to experience. HR was helpful throughout the process as well.

Phone interview with recruiter. Video interview with hiring manager, then hiring manager's boss and peer. Normal/Casual style. Thought everything went OK. They didn't seem to have landed on whether position was going to be on-site in St. Louis or fully remote. So unsure how many candidates I was even up against. Was then ghosted. Never heard from recruiter again.
