Go on zoom ask a few questions. Super easy to take care of then call you in person for second round. Hours are terrible tho. Pay is not bad but I’m not willing to work till 10pm

The interview was pretty standard. They asked questions about your retail sales experience and problem solving skills. They just wanted to know how well you worked with customers. It wasn't a bad interview

Quick phone interview. Established expectations and quotas. Sounded like a lot of churn and burn. Expectations were high and didn’t sound like much training was provided. Was hoping for a work from Home opportunity but it was an in office position
