Interview
Interview was straight forward. The interview itself was nothing out of the ordinary with questions tailored to what the position entails. The interviewer and the staff in the administration building all were very professional and accommodating.
They hire everyone basically. The interview is just a formality. You can do terrible and still get hired. They give you a tour and then you get a call saying you’ve been accepted.
It was fairly easy. Make sure you are wearing business casual attire for the interview, you will be walking the retention floor during the process. I need to fill in space for the rest of this portion. Ignore this.

Interview
Very smooth experience. Really enjoyed the environment. They were forward in what they wanted. When I went to the building. I noticed everyone working there seemed laid back. I enjoyed speaking with management. They also seemed to be laid back as well. I was given a tour. They seem to treat there employees well. I look forward to working with them soon.
