I applied in-person. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Spectrum (San Antonio, TX)
Interview
I went in during a career fair. I spoke with a recruiter then was passed to a manager. Whole process took about 1.5 hrs. I could tell the offer was coming due to the verbiage the manager was using. I received the official offer within the same week. It helped that they were looking to hire quickly.
Go on zoom ask a few questions. Super easy to take care of then call you in person for second round. Hours are terrible tho. Pay is not bad but I’m not willing to work till 10pm

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Spectrum (Cincinnati, OH) in Jan 2024
Interview
Quick phone interview. Established expectations and quotas. Sounded like a lot of churn and burn. Expectations were high and didn’t sound like much training was provided. Was hoping for a work from
Home opportunity but it was an in office position
