I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Spectrum (New York, NY) in Aug 2016
Interview
They asked if I would be willing to relocate to either Austin, TX or St. Louis, MO. I told them under no uncertain terms that Missouri was off the table. They did everything they could to get me excited to move to Austin and then yanked the rug out from under me and told me that it was STL or nothing.

Question 1
Are you willing to relocate to a place you said you will never go for no more money than you will find yourself losing in additional taxes and living cost?
Person asked me a lot of questions that were already answered in the job application (as in, you can't complete the application without answering them because they were required). Since they didn't even read the application, I doubt they read one word of the resume.

Question 1
Would you, in future, require any sponsorship to legally work in US? If yes, pls elaborate
(9 total questions I was asked to which they were given an answer in advance).
Interview went well and they mostly focused on how good the candidate for enterprise level. They dig more on routing. For some positions they asked for F5 and a10 load balancers and even asa as well
Was great experience. I enjoyed the interview process and will take the experience into other job interviews. Spectrum is a really great company and I would love to work there in the future
