The interview process was remote and consisted of two interviews, one with the area manager and the second with the regional manager. Overall, it was an easy process, and I had conversations with both managers.

Lengthy and thorough, I went in for 3 interviews. Do not be misled as they will promise you certain commissions that once you see the Comp structure can not be possible.
