Interview
uses STAR method during the process to gauge how I would deal with certain situations with customers. It was a very interesting and effective way to interview. The process had three phone conversations with three different people from the hiring portion of human resources.
1 interview in-person. Be prepared to talk about handling difficult customer situations and finding the best solutions. Be professional but courteous at the same time or in other words, speak as if you were taking a customer call already.
Quick easy straight to the point. I interviewed with two managers. Everything took about 20 minutes. They focused on SMART interview styles. They had a script and kept it short and sweet

Describe a time where i overcame a difficult situation.
It was very pleasant. My interviewer was very nice. They gave me a tour of the building, They offer a lot of amenities, The call-center itself looked very peaceful. The office itself looks very clean. The interviewer asked me about 8 to 10 questions, Basically scenario type questions.
