Interviewed me a day after. Very easy questions. Hired me on spot. Spectrum did mostly digital interviews and I was hired before meeting anybody in person. I recommend some retail experience.

It was quick. Easy. They just wanna know if you can sell. Just seem goal oriented and determined. They ask a lot of sale related questions. So be prepared to answer with experience of sales for something even if its something as simple as bartending.
