Interview
It was a 2 stage process. Initial interview was competency based questions. For the 2nd interview, I had to present back on a brief with concepts and then was asked questions about it.
It was a 2 phase interview with the first part being competency and the 2nd being a presentation to a panel (Npd, HR and sales). Q&A to follow. 2nd interview was on site.
