I had a standard screening and panel interview. It was par consisting of the hiring manager and two technical specialists. All three interviews were good. The interviewers allowed me talk and they asked fair questions. There was very little overlap between the interviews, so I feel like the skillsets of my assessors were chosen correctly. Overall, it was very open-ended and I was given a fair opportunity to present my skillset. I feel like this opportunity also helped me identify areas of my interviewing skills that need sharpening.
