I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Spotless (Cameron Park) in Feb 2018
Interview
The initial phone screening was good, the interviewer was very pleasant and set a time. He was a bit pushy about trying to make it the next day but I made it clear that wasn't possible but could do 2 days later. I had to fill out pages of paperwork in handwriting that could have been sent to me via email more easily. The questions were quite bizarre for a position as simple as a meter reader that only pays $22 an hour. Asking what motivates you to apply for a position like that is either going to attract dishonest answers or brutally honest ones. I said the job would complement my evening classes for my masters degree. I gave this completed paperwork to the interviewer who was different to who screened me via the phone. He briefly glanced over the paperwork and kept asking me why a Masters student would want a job like this and said I obviously would leave as soon as I got offered a better job. Safe to say I knew I wasn't going to get the job after that and the interview was a waste of time.

Easy, literally fill out a form received via email and send it back via email. Then go in person to office and fill in questionnaire forms about how the job would be suitable for you and that's it. They'll let you know by email if you get the job.
