Spring Education Group interview questions

"Tell me about yourself." "Why do you want to work here?" "What are your strengths and weaknesses?" "Tell me about a time when you had to deal with a difficult situation." "How do you handle stress or pressure?"

The interview process took over 4 weeks with 3 interviews, which is way too long for a junior role. They also never notified me that the position was filled. That is unprofessional to me especially after making me interview with 3 different people.
