Interview
When I went through the interview process at Spring Venture Group, it started with a fast-paced screening call that felt more like a vibe check than a standard interview. The recruiter really dug into my "why," looking to see if I had the internal drive and financial motivation to keep up with their high-energy culture. It was clear from the jump that they weren't just looking for someone to fill a seat, but someone who was hungry to hit targets and grow within the Kansas City office.
The most intense part was the behavioral interview and the role-play session. I had to walk through a mock sales call where they deliberately threw objections my way to see if I’d fold or stay composed. What stood out to me was how much they valued coachability; after the first round, the manager gave me direct feedback and asked me to try again immediately. They wanted to see if I could take a critique and pivot on the fly, proving I could handle the rigorous training program they have in place.
Once I cleared the performance side, the final steps moved quickly through the background check and licensing prep. Since I wasn't licensed yet, they laid out a clear roadmap for how they’d sponsor my training and get me ready for the state exam. It felt like a whirlwind, but by the time I got the offer, I knew exactly what was expected of me. I walked away feeling like I hadn't just landed a job, but had earned a spot in a high-performing environment where my success was going to be directly tied to my effort

Question 1
Give me an example of a time you had to deal with an aggressive or difficult person. How did you manage that interaction?
It was a very quick and easy process. They did three rounds and offer letter immediately after. The longest part was studying for the exam to be cleared for work.
A phone call screening, followed by a virtual hire vue interview, the process ended w a skype interview with a manager. I was not offered the position but had an overall positive experience throughout my interview process with Spring Venture Group.
