I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Springboard Media (Philadelphia, PA) in Mar 2021
Interview
Did a phone screening first then a virtual interview where I was asked questions about how I was in high school which I felt was irrelevant seeing how that was 20 years ago. Then every question I was asked was verified as if I was some kind of liar. Any person they asked about they actively searched them on google and social media as if I just made up random names on the fly.

Interview
Two step process. First was mass interview where I was asked mostly personality questions. None had anything to do with my technical skills. Got a call back about two weeks later where I interviewed with the owner and two managers. Listened to one manager talk about himself most of the time. Was told I would hear back in a week. Four weeks later got an offer letter sent in an email with no phone call introduction. Salary was extremely low. Attempted to call to negotiate and ask questions about benefits. Left messages. Called back days later. Pointed out salary was extremely low for market standards and time off was not included. Very hesitant to acknowledge low starting salary and said time off omission was an "error". Got revised offer letter a day later with small increase in starting salary and meager time off. Frustrating process. Thought it would beat the current part-time gig though at the time....was I wrong.
