I applied online, and get the invitation of phone interview within one week. The interview took around 40 minutes. The guy is quite nice, introduced the company and explained the reason why they build a new team. He asked no technical questions, only several general questions, for example, why do you choose this position. The whole interview process ran rather smoothly. However, I was rejected then. I think my background does not match this position quite well, and perhaps I got bored at the second part of the interview.
