I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at SprintFWD in Oct 2025
Interview
I found this experience a bit unprofessional in that almost no communication was made in this matter and if and when it was it was always days later. In fact, every cancelled interview was made at the last minute. I got to the third round and after rescheduling twice they said they were going ina different direction. It seems they don’t value a candidate’s time.

What is your background ground in customer success?
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at SprintFWD (Los Angeles, CA) in Mar 2023
Interview
It was jarring (to say the least) to give my time and energy to a multi-round interview panel (one extra because an interviewer missed the first) with team members that didn’t even have the decency to turn on their cameras. That, paired with the offer being rescinded after a 15% counter, really makes me feel like this company doesn’t respect candidates or their employees.
The role and the job description didn’t match and I felt very bait and switched. An interviewer told me the majority of the job would be working on legacy tech, yet the job description said the team was looking for a NextJS/React engineer. (Also turned out that even the React codebase was class-based)
Lastly, they didn’t allow room at the end of the interview for me to ask questions. Not doing so makes it seem like they were hiding something. Interviews should be a transparent exchange between both parties. Maybe they were hiding the fact that it was legacy tech?
It says that I declined the offer, but just to be clear. I countered for %15 more compensation, and they rescinded the offer after taking a week to “think about it.”
