      Human Resources Business Partner Interview

      8 Sept 2023
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience

      Application

      I interviewed at Sprinto

      Interview

The interviewer seemed disinterested in taking the interview. Negative body language. Yawning between the interview. Unwilling to answer my questions about the company and team. The interviewer was not open to feedback. Gaps in hiring process - not disclosing the right details before the interview.

      Human Resources Business Partner Interview

      15 Sept 2023
      Anonymous employee
      Bengaluru
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Sprinto (Bengaluru) in Sept 2023

      Interview

The process was elaborate. But what I found heartening was how invested the company seemed in hiring the right talent. First and foremost, an exploratory conversation was scheduled with the HR Head to explain the role and address any queries related to business, organisational culture and so on. Once I confirmed that I was interested, the assignment was shared. After submitting the assignment, a peer review was scheduled. Then there was a skill assessment round with the HR Head where I was grilled on the assignment and other aspects related to my subject matter expertise. During this round, I was asked to make certain amendments to my assignment since a few key aspects expected by the interviewer were missing. After submitting the revised assignment, a culture round was scheduled with one of the co-founders and then the final round was with another founding member. All the steps were executed super fast and the entire process was wrapped up in about 2 weeks.
