Very disappointing and unprofessional.After 4 rounds of interview including written assignment a generic mail was sent for not selecting.Although the previous ones were good my experience with the HR who took the 4th round was not good.

Average but unnecessarily too lengthy which was frustrating. Has 5 rounds of interview. 1st was the basic HR screening, 2nd was with the manager, 3rd was an assignment round, 4th was assignment discussion round (so I was told, however, questions that were asked were rather situational based than assignment related so beware) and 4th was with the founder maybe
