I was called after being initially declined. I was waiting for an interview at Costco. The meat department manager called me because his candidate had quit or no showed. He was affable, with a lot of experience. It was more a conversation than an interview.

Laidback and casual, very easy going. The company looks for reliable people to add to their team. Great for a first job or summer job. Room for advancement and cross department training.

Very straight forward and basic questions about my industry knowledge. Also some questions about my strengths, weaknesses and goals. Some questions about how I would react in certain work related situations also.
