Interview
It was a really great experience. The whole process was very smooth and the interviewers were really helpful and they would make you feel comfortable. The most important thing for them is whether your ideas and beliefs align with their culture.
There were three rounds- Introductory, Technical and Culture Fit round.

Question 1
They mostly emphasized on who you are as a person.
I applied through company website and then I received a mail to answer a few questions which I did and then I got a mail saying you are selected for further process and asked to schedule an interview, I got the invite link and next day I received a mail saying we cannot proceed further.
So, clearly they lack management, coordination and business ethics.

Simple Questions. The manager gave me a brief about the job duties, benefits, opportunities, the Squad Culture, The process was very easy and smooth. Really Excited to hear back from them.
