Fast Interview Process. I got my job offer in a month or so. The Process is as follow: 1st Stage: Online Application 2nd Stage: Personality Questionaire 3rd Stage: Logical and Numerical Assessments 4th Stage: Video Interview 5th Stage: HR Phone Interview 6th Stage: Business Line Interview I went through the entire process in about a month. After the Video Interview, I received my HR Phone Interview approximately 3 working days after. I did the phone interview and in 20 minutes, HR called saying I passed onto the next round. The final round is a Business Line Interview with an Executive Director in Corporate Finance. I thought it ended there but I had another Business Line Interview about 3 days after my first one. It was also with another Executive Director but this time from Corporate Banking. It might have been the fact that this department houses two separate banking functions. Hence the two final rounds. In the end, I got my internship offer 5 days after my last interview. Had to sign quickly but all in all, a positive experience.
