First asked for the CV from the candidate, then short list the candidate for the suitable role.
Call candidate for the the primary interview, after that short list the candidate list for final interview.

The interviewer are not professional, delay interview. I think they just need to hit their KPI and purposely to perform the interview section.
The recruiter same also, follow up no reply and give an update after 2 months.

A very bad and negative experience. The interviewer was unprofessional and was on his phone during the beginning of the interview and asked a lot of personal questions that are not related to work.
