I applied online. I interviewed at Standard Chartered Bank (London, England) in May 2017
Interview
Telephone interview after psychometric tests and digital submission. Very typical interview questions even though it was said to be 'strength based'. The interviewer wasn't very nice about the questions. His questions were not clear enough and he did a bad job of clarifying when prompted.

Question 1
What do you know about the current market situation?
It was on Hirevue and took a while. The questions were mainly behavioral and because it was just me, it wasn't as nerve-wracking as other interviews with actual recruiters on the line. There was some time to pause and think about the questions before answering.

More companies should honestly employ this.
I haven't gotten a response yet, but I loved the process.
