The actual interview itself was good, well the interviewer was, my performance wasn’t the best. It’s the process around it that is terrible. From initial contact that the company made with me, it was 3 weeks until they created a profile for me. Then another 2 weeks until I heard anything additional from the business. I then had an interview cancelled amid several changes in date and time and was offered the opportunity to interview at 7am. There was a lot of inflexibility on the companies part on when an interview was available. After the interview, I was told I would hear the outcome in “about a week or so”. That’s pretty standard, and I wasn’t expecting a positive response, but it’s now been over 3 weeks and no response from the business which is poor
