Interview
There were four interview stages. The first one is the CV/resume selection by the HR. Then, HR will have a "chat" one-on-one and talked about our passion and interest. Then, we were required to complete math and personality test. Lastly, we were interview by the Country Head HR and CEO himself.

Interview
The process first start from CV Screening, then Online Test (including Numerical and Inductive reasoning). I stopped at the Online Video (asynchronous) round. Online video interview is just as important as the real interview.
Interview is quite structured. Spoke with HR first over the phone, followed by a face to face interview with a senior director and someone who is also in the program.
