      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Standard Chartered Bank (Milan) in Jun 2016

      Interview

Whole recruitment process is outsourced in London for any position in Europe. So, after screening, online numerical tests and phone interview with London HR (CV and fit questions) I got invitation to Milan offices. There, almost two hours interview with two office directors. Deep walking through CV, experiences and my skills. Few technical questions (Excel and general macroeconomics) lot of fit and soft questions, almost half an hour of that. At the end friendly chatting about myself, my career expectations and so on. Got an offer months later for the following internship cycle.
