It went well and was great as the interviewers were kind and friendly. It took about a day and they got back to me about the offer. It was efficient and fast at how the HR onboard the candidates.
Good interview process, multiple stages with variety of questions. Each candidate was involved in both group work and individual interviews with bankers which gave a more balanced view of the individual to the employer.
A somewhat complicated, lengthy process with various interviews, video recordings and assessment days etc. HR team good at keeping you informed and pretty quick in response to your application progress.
