The interview process was straight-forward and handled professionally. The staff on the panel asked questions relevant to the vacant role, my skills and experience. They all conducted themselves in a professional manner.

I was asked to speak about myself and tell them why I should be hired for the vacant position.
Technical and example based questions. Fairly straight forward . I felt most of the jobs advertised were already filled by the time we saw it on the job post. Those who were lucky had real positions

Example of difficult situation and how i handled it
It was okay 30 min long they questioned me on my knowledge at my current company. The job description was mainly creation and supportive tasks, I did receive the offer from them.
