I applied online, after which I was directed to complete a pymetrics assessment online. After passing the assessment, a HR personnel emailed me to arrange for 3 interviews with different seniors - the hiring manager and 2 other adjacent level leads. The actual interview with the hiring manager was really unpleasant. The interview was hardly a conversation. It was robotic. Felt like I was in an examination. Was a really weird experience and very different from other interviews I have done. The only good thing was the rejection feedback was pretty quick and at least the company bothered to close the loop unlike other companies.

It was good experience to interview at SCB. the interview was online. technical , analytical and behavioural questions were asked. Multiple rounds of interview. friendly panel. Friendly and approachable HR as well.
